How do I open a wholesale account with Cigar Hub?

Please send a valid copy of your sales tax certificate and/or a valid copy of your tobacco license, if applicable. You may send these documents to [email protected].

How can I view wholesale pricing on products?

You must have an approved account and sign into your account to view wholesale pricing.

Does Cigar Hub collect and remit excise tax on my behalf?

No, Cigar Hub does not collect and remit excise tax on any orders. No state excise taxes will be paid on the products sold, and our invoices reflects prices without state excise tax. Any state and/or local taxes that may be due on the products contained in any order is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Does Cigar Hub ship to all 50 states?

No, currently Cigar Hub can only ship to customers in 43 states. We do not ship product to customers residing in CO, MD, MI, NC, OH, SD, TN, LA or VA.

Does Cigar Hub ship internationally?

No, currently we do not ship orders outside of the United States.

Are there any specials or promotions?

We do run specials and promotions weekly. Check your inbox every Monday to view the current week’s special or promotion.

How much are shipping costs?

  • Standard - 1-6 business days - 3% Of Total Order (or $10 minimum)
  • Expedited - 2-3 days - 5% Of Total Order (or $20 minimum)
  • Express - 1-2 days - 9% Of Total Order (or $25 minimum)

What payment methods does Cigar Hub offer?

Currently, we accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express and ACH.

If I order from Cigar Hub, how will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

All charges will appear as "CIGARHUBCOM".

How can I place an order with Cigar Hub?

Once your account has been approved and verified you may submit your orders online. One of our representatives will reach out to you to finalize the order. Alternatively, you may call 888-392-4427 or email [email protected] to place your orders.

Can I return products?

Your success is our success. If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, give us a call at 888-392-4427. Please note product must not be altered in anyway, including, but not limited to, being labelled with product inventory tags and return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

Why can’t I find certain products, such as small cigars?

Cigar Hub does not sell small cigars to businesses. If the product you are looking for is not a small cigar, please give us a call at 888-392-4427 or email us at [email protected].
